By default, shipping prices are for insured shipping with tracking number only within Germany and uninsured shipping for the rest of the world. Let us know if you would like insured shipping and pay the extra amount (usually about 7 euros extra) if you live outside Germany. We do not take responsibility for uninsured packages that get damaged or lost in the post.
